I found this little beauty, and if you don't know by now, I'm a sucker for anything tufted. I love the lines of this chair and especially the channel back tufting...and nailhead trim to boot, does it get any better? Okay, so this chair leaves much to be desired, and many would pass this baby up. (That is probably why I got such a screaming deal on it.)
As I pulled off the old cover, I found that the chair had previously been recovered. So my question is, Who would recover this chair in this fabric, Was it ever in style? The original fabric was worn, but pretty cute and vintage, but we still upgraded. I found a great deal on this beautiful soft green patterned fabric. (like $5 a yard, double markdown, clearance sale!) I also earned money on this chair, it gave me a 63 cent tip in loose change. So here it is after, I eliminated some of the nailhead trim, and refinished the wood. What do you think? I may keep it for myself!

Oh my goodness, I LOVE THIS CHAIR! If I wasn't so far away I would come and get it right now. It is perfect and I love the fabric. If you ever find another one I want it.
